Natalie Mylander started at Open Arms in 2004 as the 1/2 Day Preschool teacher and took over the Director position in 2005.  Natalie has been a lifelong member of Holy Emmanuel Lutheran Church and has been their Family Ministry’s Director for 15 years.  Natalie has 30 years of Childcare experience and spent most of those years with the Richfield Schools.

Jennifer Johnson started at Open Arms in 2005 as a Preschool teacher.  She taught the 1/2 Day Preschool program for 1 year and accepted the assistant director position in February of 2007.  Jennifer has her Elementary Education Degree with a Pre-Primary Specialty from MN State University, Mankato.
